Cancellation form
If you’re a homeowner or other consumer, you normally have 14 days from accepting your quote to cancel, without giving a reason.
How to cancel
Just tell us clearly before the 14 days end. You can email info@iwse.co.uk, call or text 07486 977224, or write to 2 Almond Court, Chartham, Canterbury, Kent, CT4 7TL. You can use the form below if you like, but you don’t have to.

Copy this into an email or letter, fill in the parts in brackets and send it to us.

What happens next
If no work has started, we’ll refund any deposit in full within 14 days. If you asked us to start within the 14 days, you’ll pay a fair amount for the work done up to the point you told us, and we’ll refund the rest. The details are in section 20 of our terms and conditions.
